Morning and Evening Fit Camps

Get fit by attending the Experience Exercise ‘Body Tuning Fit Camps’. Burn calories and boost your metabolism whilst building and maintaining a healthier, more toned physique. Our advanced training techniques will help you become leaner and much more robust. As you complete the sessions, you will start to lose weight and enhance your speed, muscular endurance, flexibility, strength and stamina.

As you start to improve, you will have a growing confidence in your ability to continue working hard and complete every challenge we throw at you!

Instructors and students operate as part of a team. We motivate and feed off one another and constantly strive for improved athletic performance.

You must work hard to achieve results – and we will support you every step of the way! Be determined, but remember to keep a sense of humour. We operate as a close knit unit and any egos are left at the door. Our aim is to work WITH one another, not compete against each other.

Our priority is to get you the results you want whilst ensuring you are safe, competent and enthusiastic towards and during every session.

Fit Camps consist of intensive cardio training combined with body resistance, plyometric and circuit training to shock your body into shape. State of the art tailor made training programmes with ongoing extracurricular support and professional advice to complement your training regime.

WHEN and WHERE?

Morning Fit Camps:

Wednesday, 6:15am to 7:00am (outdoor) Standhill Playing Field

Friday, 6:15am to 7:00am (outdoor) Standhill Playing Field

Standhill Playing Field is the pitch beside the motorway cars garage at Inch Cross.

Evening Fit Camps:

Monday, 8:30pm to 9:30pm (indoor) Bathgate Academy Sports Hall

Wednesday, 9:30pm to 10:30pm (outdoor) meet outside Bathgate Community Centre

The Wednesday class begins at Bathgate Community Centre and we run short distances as a group to different locations. At each ‘stop off point’ we carry out different types of circuits. We have a faster group and a slower group (we all meet at the same stop off points but run at different speeds).
